Loving father of William (Bill) and his wife Heather, and Michael (Mike) and his wife Ashley.
Dear brother of Richard (Rick) Starmans, Jacquie DiFederico, Michael (Mike) Starmans and his wife Kathy Morris, Patsy Mezureux, Jen Gaudette and her husband Greg, and Teresa Schaffrath.
Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Blake, Kole, Gavin, Abby and Della.
Uncle to Christina, Amy, Lisa, Daniel, James, Megan, Robert, Matthew, Jaimie, Derek and Sara.
A visitation will be held at Courtice Funeral Chapel, located at 1587 Highway #2, Courtice, Ontario, L1E2R7, Canada, on January 17, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
A Celebration of Life will follow at the same venue from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Peterborough Regional Health Centre would be appreciated.
