STEVENSON, Penny Stevenson

Peacefully at Huronview, with her husband Paul by her side.  Penny Stevenson of Clinton passed away on Friday December 12, 2025, at the age of 78.

Beloved wife of Paul Stevenson.  Cherished mother of John & Kim Hart, Courtney Hart & Neil Borsato, Luanne & Jeremy, Darren, and David.  Loving grandmother of Noelle, Siobhan, Cian, Mairead, Jackson, Ella, Leah, and Callum.  Sister to Carl & Margret Mountford.  Penny is predeceased by her parents, Les & Marian Mountford.

Penny had a jouful spirit and a creative heart.  She loved gardening, always had a remarkable eye for interior design, and never missed an opportunity to dance.  Her warmth, infectious laugh, and vibrant personality will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

The family extends a speial thank you to Melody Van Dorp, Pauline Thompson, Sherry Postma, and all of the Alzheimer’s staff.  Heartfelt apprecaition is also extended to the entire team at Huronview, and Dr. Uniac for their wonderful care, and to Emma Cowan for brightening Penny’s days with nail and facial care.

As per Penny’s wishes, there will be no visitaiton or funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society, Clinton Public Hospital Foundation, or Huronview Home for the Aged would be apprecaited by the family.
