STOREY, Susan –

July 12, 1957 – September 30, 2015

Passed away peacefully on September 30, 2015 surrounded by family at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.

Loving wife to Charles of 41 years.

She will be missed by her children Michele (Ken) and Michael (Lisa), grandchildren Calub, Autumn and all of her family and friends.

At Susan’s request, a private family memorial will be held at a later date.
