SNOOKS, Susan Lorriane (nee ROBINSON)   –  Susan went home to be with her Lord and Saviour on November 20, 2023, at Southlake Hospital in Newmarket, ON.

Born January 26, 1947, in Grismby Beach, ON, to George and Leslie Robinson.

She married Wayne Snooks on April 6, 1968, and had six children.

She and Wayne came to know the Lord in October 1976 and faithfully served Him all their lives.

Cherished mother of Chris (Sharon), Leslie (Andrew), Todd (Jennifer), Brian (Alana), Lisa (Chris) and Daniel (Trudy). Beloved grandmother of Matthew (Alicia), Mikaela (Marcus), Ashley, Joshua (Jordan), Andrea, Sidney, Robert, Ethan (Vania), Savannah, Trevor, Ryan, Noah, Thomas, Brianna, Chloe and Sawyer.

Treasured great-grandmother of George, Henry, Louis, Daphne, Theodore, Carson and Isaiah. Dear sister of Rick (Sandy) and Ron (Debbie).

She was predeceased by her parents; her sister, Georgina Robinson; and her husband, Wayne Snooks. She will be dearly missed by her family, her friends, and her brothers and sisters in Christ. Susan graduated from St. Joseph’s Hospital Nursing School in Hamilton.

Between raising her children, she served in various hospitals and nursing homes in the GTA before retiring from Bethany Lodge in Unionville as the Head Nurse in 2012.

Susan loved to spend time with her family and friends, and was a true prayer warrior.
