Cherished father of Michelle Morrow, Deborah Huibers (Perry) and Heather Jones (Brad Bryd). Treasured grandfather of Erin (Rich), Tiffany, Rachel (Mike) and Amanda, great grandfather of Kaitlyn, Kassidy, Dakota, Zoe, Selena, Aurora, Alexis, Blakely, and Esabella. Dear brother of Terrance Tapping (Diane). Richard is predeceased by his parents George and Alberta Tapping, sister Frances and sister-in-law Eva.
