TATE, Barry Clifford Tate

After a nine-year struggle with cancer, Barry (age 72) passed away at The Carpenter Hospice with his family by his side. He leaves behind his cherished family: wife Debbie; daughter Jenn (Eric); grandchildren Andrew and Makayla; sister Susan; and brothers-in-law Tom (Lia), Jim, and John, along with their children. Predeceased by his sister Valerie (1950), father Clifford (1994), mother Winnifred (2023), brother-in-law James (2018), and sister-in-law Brenda (2022).

Barry Clifford Tate was raised in Waterdown and spent his working years at Stelco, where he dedicated 32 years before retiring.

Cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held at Grace Anglican Cemetery, Waterdown.
