OZIMEK, Ted Stanley Ozimek, Obituary

OZIMEK, Ted Stanley  – Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 24, 2015 with his loving family at his side in his 49th year.

Ted is lovingly remembered by his mother Genowefa, his father Chester, sister Renata, brother-in-law Elio, niece Ewa, nephews Robert and Simon, extended family and friends.

He enjoyed playing baseball, swimming, and playing basketball in his backyard with his niece and nephews.

Our family is profoundly grateful to all his caregivers, to the Community Living staff at the ETS and ADP, to the staff at Copernicus Lodge, and to the doctors and staff at St. Joseph’s Health Centre.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 12 Denison Avenue, Toronto on Wednesday, December 30th at 10:00 a.m..
