CORKERY, Teresa – (Retired Teacher) –

Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 in her 90th year.

Beloved wife of the late John Joseph (Joe) Corkery.

Loving mother of Patrick (Pat) Corkery predeceased (surviving wife Rose), Mary Reader, Eileen Huggins (late Dave), and Clare Corkery and his wife Natalie.

Dear grandmother of Dan Corkery (Laura), and Shaun Corkery (Alida), Jeff Reader, Kelly Clément (Robin) and Andrew Reader, Jenna Condon (Brett) and Paul Carter (fiancée Shannon). Dear great grandmother of Christopher, Nicholas and Matthew, Layna and Shanna, Alexandre and Abrielle, and Blake and Benjamin.

Predeceased by her parents Francis Young and Margaret Whibbs and brothers Clement Young and John Young.

Daughter of the late Michael Sullivan and Margaret Cadigan.

Visitation at Duffus funeral home, 431 George Street South , Peterborough, Ontario from 1 – 4 p.m. Monday, October 12th. (Parish Prayers 3:30 p.m. Monday).

Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church on Tuesday, October 13th at 10 a.m. Interment, Douro.
