Peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Thursday July 31st, 2025, at 83 years of age, left to be with God our Father in heaven. Beloved wife of the late Emmanuel for 63 years. Loving mother of Denise (Stephen) Allen, Dan (Mandi), Stephen (predeceased), John (June) and Marcel (Audra). Cherished Grandma of Joshua, Amanda, Kaitlin, Bryce, Byron, Marcus, Evan, Ryan, Mathew, Ashley, Sarah, Justin, and Great Grandma to Logan, Emmett, Claire, Callum, Alice and Darian. Dorothy will be fondly remembered by her brother, many sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Dorothy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her passions were baking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Visitation will be held at the Oshawa Funeral Home, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Thursday August 7th, 2025, from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Friday August 8th, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
