CAMPBELL, Theresa Helen – Peacefully, with her family by her side, at University Hospital on Sunday, October 11, 2015, Terry passed away in her 69th year. 

Loving wife of Ron, for 47 years, and mother of Rick & Lisa (Ken).  Cherished grandmother of Tyler, Jarret, Chris & Kassidy.

Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), London, Ontario on Thursday, October 15, 2015 from 7-9pm. 

No funeral service.
