THOMPSETT, Grace Louise (nee Heft) – Having lived a full life in her 97th year, GraceThompsett, of Desboro, devoted wife of the late Alvin Thompsett, passed away peacefully on October 9th, 2015.

Loving mother of Joan Morrison (John), Beth Hutchinson (late Lee) Kat McCulloch (Ron) and Linda Thompsett.

She will be deeply missed by her 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Grace will now be reuniting above with her mother and father, Edward and Augusta Heft and her 9 siblings, Carrie McKee, Sandy Heft, Lula Guse, Charlie Heft, Russell Heft, Rosie Maluskie, Johnny Heft, Lillian Golem-Walsh and Walter Heft and her sister-in-law, Viola Sutcliffe.

Grace’s family would like to thank the staff at Maple View for the extra touch of care that made her last few weeks more comfortable.

Friends may call at the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250-14th Street West, Owen Sound on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service for Grace Thompsett will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel Thursday, October 15th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Carrie Erwin officiating. Interment in Desboro.
