THORNTON, Hildred Anna Thornton

Peacefully on Monday December 15, 2025, Hildred passed away at the age of 92 at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay. 

She leaves behind a legacy of strength, love, and cherished memories. Predeceased by her husband John, and is now reunited with him, together once again.

Hildred was the cherished mother of David (Sherry) and Diane (Dave), a devoted Grandma to Paul (Sara), Brent (Jill), Jason (Christine) and Michael (Rebecca), and a beloved Great Grandma to Hailey, John, Jude, Maxwell, Noah, River and Bowie.

A private burial will be held on Tuesday December 23rd, 2025, at THORNTON CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE (1200 Thornton Road North, Oshawa, 905-579-6787).
