Barbara Joyce McDonald Tiedeman passed away peacefully at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, on January 5, 2025, at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Walter Tiedeman for 61 and a half years. Cherished mother of Kelly (Dave Holtzmann) and Mike Tiedeman, and adored grandmother to Kelsey (Brett Crerar) and Mackenzie Holtzmann. Great-grandmother to Colby and Hudson.

Barbara was a lifelong resident of Exeter and a cherished member of her community. She served with dedication in the Exeter United Church, Rebekah Lodge #67, and the Exeter United Church Women’s League. Barbara brought warmth and joy to everyone she met.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 456 Main Street South, Exeter, on Friday, January 10, 2025, from 1 to 4 PM, with words of remembrance at 2 PM. Cremation has taken place, and a private family graveside service will follow.
