TINGEY, Sheldon Henry Francis ‘Shad’ – Peacefully at the Pines Long Term Care Home in Bracebridge on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at the age of 81 years.

Sheldon Tingey beloved husband to Dawn Irene Tingey (nee Mills) of Gravenhurst.

Beloved father to Grant (Cathy) Tingey, Mark (Wendy) Tingey and Valerie Tingey all of Gravenhurst.

Beloved brother to Malcolm (June) Tingey of Orillia and Karen (George) Loshaw of Bracebridge.

Sheldon is predeceased by his siblings: Eldon, Lloyd, Warren and Vince Tingey.

Much loved grandfather to: Lauren (Breck) Nordheimer, Nicole TIngey, Blake (Ashley) Tingey, Garett (Caitlen) Tingey, Evan Tingey, Marleigh Ferguson and Cole Ferguson.

Great grandfather to Jack and Sawyer.

The family will receive friends at the Cavill-Turner Funeral Home, 215-1 Bay St., Gravenhurst on Friday, October 16, 2015 from 3 ~ 5 p.m. & 7 ~ 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. James Anglican Church, Gravenhurst on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 11:00 a. m. Interment to follow.

If so desired, donations in memory of Shad can be directed to The Pines Long Term Care Home, The Alzheimer Society of Muskoka or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
