There are many to thank for their professionalism, kindness, and care throughout Concetta’s final stages of life including:

Dr. Robert Tommasini, her primary care physician for the past thirty years.

The Sunnybrook Hospital Palliative Care Team and in particular, Dr. Ni, Ruthe, Maggy, Thithi, Sara and many others who worked selflessly to ease Concetta’s suffering.

Concetta’s personal Care Workers Aimee, Rowena and Amelia.

Finally, we would like to “shout out” our sister Rita’s name for the single-minded devotion with which she provided primary care for our mother.
