UNRAU, Florence Eileen Unrau

She passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus, with her children by her side, on January 1, 2026 at the age of 80 years. She was predeceased by her husband Abram Unrau, her parents Henry and Katherine Thiesen and her brother Howard Thiesen. Florence is survived by her children Rick Unrau and (Lisa), Marlys Heim and (Steve), her grandchildren Chrissy Brim (Monte), Kim Diaz (Aron), Luke Unrau (Caitlyn), Chantelle Klassen and Justin Klassen (Nurshan) and their families. Florence was a member of the Northview Community Church where a Celebration of Life will be held on January 14, 2026 at 1 pm.

Florence shared her gift of hospitality to everyone around her. She took pride in sharing her home baked goodies and delicious meals with all who entered her home.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Children Of Hope, an organization she has been a donor to for many years, of which her granddaughter Kim and husband Aron are a part of.
