Bos, Everdina “Eve” (née Van Vehmendahl) 1937 – 2025. The family announces with sorrow her death in North Bay, Saturday July 19, 2025 at the age of 87 years. Daughter of the late Everdina (nee Van Lueewen) and Johannes Van Veenendaal. Beloved wife of Leendert “Leo Sr.” Loving mother of Rosalinda Bos, Viola Bos (John), and Leendert “Leo Jr.” (Tammy-Lynn). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren James, Michelle (Curtis), Leendert Lee (Miriam), Crystalynn and Theodore. Fondly cherished by her great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Dear sister of Hans Van Vehmendahl (Debbie). Predeceased by her siblings Dirk, Kors, Elizabeth, Hidegonda, Albert, Annie, and Johannes.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the staff at the West Nipissing General Hospital and the North Bay Regional Health Center for their care and compassion during this difficult time.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Funeral arrangements in care of the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated.
