VOTOUR, Cindy – it is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved Cindy Yvonne Votour of Pembroke, on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 in her 59th year.

Dearly loved mother of Beau (Kelly) Votour, Pembroke. Cherished grandmother of Carter Chrest, Damian & Adrianna Votour, Jude Goderre and Maggie King. Survived by brothers Carl (Teri) Votour, Texas; Garry (Sandrin) Votour, Renfrew; and Christine (Frank) Votour-Bennett, Renfrew; Bonnie Votour, Ottawa and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by mother Joyce Votour (née Grant); brothers Dean Votour, Stephen Votour, Orvil Votour, Dwayne Votour; sister Linda Wright (late Tim) and niece and nephews Kate-Lynn Stavenow, Kyle Stavenow and Travis Votour. Sadly missed by lifelong friend Rhonda (Bud) Popkie-Schison.

Memorial Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 from 10:00 until the time of the service in the chapel beginning at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery in Douglas. The funeral will be live streamed.
