VUYLSTEKE, Fran Vuylsteke

Peacefully with her family by her side, Frances Anne Vuylsteke (nee Ryan) passed away at VON Sakura House on Sunday February 1, 2026. Predeceased by her loving husband Ron in 2009. Loving mother to Tammy Robinson and her husband James, Todd Vuylsteke and his wife Kim, Tricia Wells and her husband Jeff. Wonderful grandmother to Justin (Melissa), Jeff (Michelle), Matthew (Carly), Megan (David), Merissa, Ashley (Greg), Austin and Vanessa (Bailey). “GG Ma” to Connor, Ava, Charlotte, Jack, George, Maddie, Hamish, Max, Millie, Isla, Bennett and Levi. Survived by her sister Mary-Lou Johnston. She will be missed by her nieces and nephews. Fran will be dearly missed by her dear friend Ross Evans. Predeceased by her parents Russell and Alice Ryan (nee Badger)

Cremation has taken place and private inurnment will be held at a later date in the Tillsonburg Columbarium. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (payable by cheque) may be made to the VON-Sakura House, Woodstock and can be done by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home or made directly with the organization.
