STEVENSON, Walter ‘Steve’ – Retired Warrant Officer Canadian Air Force – Peacefully at home, after a short illness, on Friday, October 9, 2015, age 85 years.

Beloved husband of the late Betty Stevenson (Armstrong). Loving father of Debbie Stinson (Bob), Joan Wilson (Barry), Barbara Filoso (Emilio) and Sandy Stevenson (Tom Corkery). Cherished and proud Grandpa of Tamara, Mathew, Tina, Anika and Jordan; great-grandpa of Deeandra, Sierra, Bradley, Alyssa, Landon; great-great-grandpa of Presley.

Will be sadly missed by his sisters Arlene and Marilyn, and his brother Delwyn, nieces Susan and Luanne and nephew George.

Friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road, Ottawa, Ontario on Wednesday, October 14th from 6 to 8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday October 15th at 1 pm. Interment to follow.

Donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
