WAHLSTROM, Wanda Louise (nee SPENCER), Ph.D.  Born December 10, 1937, in High Prairie, Alberta, Wanda died peacefully in her sleep on December 29, 2015 in Toronto.

Predeceased by her parents Lloyd “Bud” Spencer and Florence Louise Spencer (nee Anderson). 

Wanda is survived by her loving, devoted husband of 59 years, Merlin Walter Wahlstrom, her dear brother Dennis Spencer and his wife Kaye, both of Alberta, her daughter Laura, son Scott, daughter-in-law Hilja and all the others she treasured.

She will be missed by her grandchildren Stephanie, Jonathan, Adam, Sasha and Andres.

Many thanks to the staff of the Nisbet Lodge for their kindness and gentle care over the past 15 months.

Service will be held in Toronto ON, on Sunday, January 3rd. 

Memorial donations to a charity supporting mental wellness would be appreciated by the family.
