WHITE, David White

Passed away peacefully on Saturday April 4, 2026 at Campbell House Hospice in Collingwood, at the age of 83. David of Wasaga Beach, beloved husband of Linda, loving and devoted father of Sean, Kim and Stacey (Dan), and cherished grandfather of Nolan. Born in England, the only child of Jack and Beatrice White, David was a kind man with a typical cheeky English sense of humour. David spent 28 years working at the Canadian Tire office at the Sheppard and Leslie warehouse, before his retirement. He enjoyed bird watching, gardening, going for long drives in the country, listening to music – particularly the Beatles, and also enjoyed a good Western or War themed movie, especially John Wayne. But mostly, he was a dedicated family man. He loved having everyone together for a barbeque or a late summer corn roast, and spent many summers camping as a family across the province. David White was an amazing husband, father and grandfather and he will be deeply missed. Private arrangements at this time.
