WHITE, Spencer Anthony White

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Spencer Anthony White, in his 31st year.

Spencer leaves behind his beloved son, Grayson; his parents, Sam and Donna; his sister, Samantha; and his nephew, Samuel. He will be missed dearly by his friends and family across Canada and the United States.
Spencer was a man who could make anyone laugh with his sharp one-liners, and had a gift for making people feel truly seen. There was never an interaction with him that didn’t end in laughter (and often a head shake). Beneath his humour was a compassionate heart. He was known for bringing home “strays”—whether people or pets—welcoming them into his home, ensuring they never left hungry or thirsty, and allowing them to stay as long as they needed. He was the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back, even if it was the last one he had.

A true wild and free spirit, Spencer found joy in the open road, beautiful views, and anything with an engine. Known for his mechanical skill, there wasn’t much he couldn’t fix, build or figure out. Above all else, he loved his family and especially cherished being a father to his son, Grayson. His presence, off-the-wall humour, and genuine heart will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Hammer Hogs in Caledonia on Saturday, September 20th at 4:30pm. All that knew and loved Spencer are welcomed to come and share their favourite memories of him.
