A kind, caring, and supportive man, Jan was known for his generosity of spirit and his loyalty โย asย both a husband and friend. Jan had a quiet way of making everyone feel valued. In his youngerย years, he found adventure in parasailing and was an avid cyclist throughout his life. He was passionate about curling, earning many trophies over the years. Jan loved staying busy with his hands, repairing bicycles and computers for family and friends. He had a great love of music and photography and enjoyed the daily challenge of crossword puzzles, taking pride in his mind โfull of useless information,โ as he would say with characteristic humour.
He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and countless repaired bicycles. Those who knew Jan will remember his warm smile, his helping hands, and his unwavering loyalty to thoseย he loved. He will be forever loved, and his and Julieโsย love story will never end.
