WOJCIK, Maria Wojcik

Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on July 6, 2025, at the age of 90, with family by her side.

She was born in Poland in 1935 to a large and loving family. She was a religious woman with a determination that helped her live a long and happy life.

Loving wife of Kazimierz Wojcik for over 69 years. Beloved mother of Elizabeth Nozdryn, Joe (Liz), and Peter. Cherished and proud Babcia of Jonathan, Jason, Caroline (Daniel), and Joanna (Nick) and great-grandmother of Miles, Ella, and Riley. Maria will be fondly remembered by all her family and friends and will be forever in our hearts.

Maria enjoyed spending time at the cottage sunning herself in hot days -the hotter the better.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa) with prayers at 8 p.m.. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
