WRIGHT, Shaun “Kevin” Wright

Peacefully, surrounded by loving family on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at Twin Lakes Terrace, Shaun “Kevin” Wright passed away at the age of 89. Beloved companion of Phyllis Howie. Remembered by cousin Brian (Murielle) McNeil. Predeceased by his parents Elmer and Mary Wright and sister Delores. Kevin as a young man spent three years in R.C.A.F. On leaving the air force he went to work in the computer business which took him to Ontario where he worked for a great number of years. Kevin not having children of his own became a Big Brother. He watched a very small boy grow into a successful man. Upon leaving computer business Kevin sold real estate in the city of Aurora where he met lifetime friends. Upon retirement, Kevin came to Sarnia and lived in Bluewater Retirement Community where he later met Phyllis Howie, a special friendship was formed with her and her family. Wonderful memories were created. Kevin was a kind, caring gentleman who will be deeply missed. He cared very much for pets, especially dogs. Thanks to the staff at Twin Lakes Terrace for the loving care in the last two years. Cremation has taken place. In keeping with Kevin’s wishes, no services will be held. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Alzheimer Society of Sarnia-Lambton (cheques only at the funeral home please).
