He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Zell and Mary Zell. He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his siblings, Michael Zell (Pierrette), Denise Haggart (Roy), Teresa Manning (Ray) and Elissa Sherred (Rick). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Shoreliner.
