Grace PatrickGRACE, Patrick Joseph   -   February 18, 1949 – June 17, 2022

Loving and devoted husband of 40 years to Joan, supportive father to Karey, Matthew, Daniel and James (wife Dianne), and adored grandpa to Jakob and Jazmin.

Predeceased by his parents, Edmund and Cecilia (Galvin); and his brothers, John and James.

Patrick will be missed by his sister, Ann (Brisebois); brother, Michael (predeceased sister-in-law Lorraine); and sister-in-law, Marlene (predeceased James); his extended family and friends.

Patrick was raised in Copper Cliff, Ontario.

An avid sports enthusiast, he enjoyed watching baseball, playing golf, and hockey. He was a natural between the pipes, not many could get past Pat.

He moved to Toronto in his twenties and worked for Infrastructure Ontario, Ontario Realty Corporation, and Hydro One for over forty-five years.

Over the past twenty years, he pioneered and skillfully directed multiple land use and public works programs in the province.

Patrick had an encyclopedic memory for detail and was a trusted colleague, confidante, and mentor to countless people throughout his impactful career.

Patrick enjoyed travel with family and friends, good food, lively dinner conversations with his children and grandchildren, and great company. He was a generous man of faith, an engaging storyteller who loved life and exemplified kindness.

A celebration of life to follow.

In lieu of flowers, people are asked to consider making a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
