SCHOLEFIELD, Elizabeth "Betty" Doris (nee DAFOE) - Passed away peacefully, at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at the age of 97.
Predeceased by loving husband of 63 years, Donald Scholefield (2013).
Devoted mother of Patti McFadyen (Bruce), Toni Scholefield (Eric Van Driel), Kim Scholefield (Rick Tyrer) and Lori Mountford.
Proud grandmother of Jim (Mia), Courtney (Frank), April (Martinus), Lewis and Lydia (Andrew), and great-grandmother of Eiva and Elliot.
Special thank you to the staff of The Williamsburg for their kindness and compassion for the last years, as well, to Joseph Brant Hospital for their excellent care provided to Betty.
Private Graveside Interment has taken place. A Service of Remembrance will be held for family and friends at Smith's Funeral Home, Burlington, on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. with Reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Betty to Joseph Brant Hospital would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
