SHERRIFF, Carol Elaine - Quietly, at home, after an 18 year journey through Alzheimer's disease, and surrounded by the love of her family, Carol passed away at the age of 85, on the same date she arrived.
Beloved wife of the late Alan (2018) for 56 years.
Proud mother of Lianne (Warren), Kerri (Rainer) and Brian. Caring and loving Grandma to Travis (Sarah), Kai (Regina), Dustin (Devan), Mackenzie, Petra (Marcus), Kira, Griffin and Kiana.
Remembered by her sisters, Judy (Paul), Janice (the late Graham) and Wendy. Carol will be missed by her sisters-in-law, Dorothy (the late Craig), Shirley (the late Don), and the (late Wallace and Charlotte); as well as brother-in-law, Doug (the late Helen).
Visitation will be held in Scott Funeral Home, 420 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, on Sunday, September 25, 2022, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 6:00 p.m. There will be refreshments served following the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Salvation Army or the Alzheimer Society of Peel.
