BRIFFETT, Reverend Edward Alan (Ted) Briffett - Passed away peacefully, after vespers on Thursday, September 15, 2022, in Richmond Hill, Ontario, at the age of 83.
He is survived by Ruth (nee Thompson), his beloved wife of 59 years; and his adored daughters, Laura and Michelle.
Ted was ordained into the priesthood of the Anglican Church March 4, 1970, and served his community faithfully for 52 years.
Friends are welcome at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Markham Rd. North, Markham, Tuesday, September 20th, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. for visitation. Funeral service at Grace Church Anglican, 19 Parkway Ave., Markham, Wednesday, September 21st at 2 p.m. and also available via livestream. Reception following the service.
