SASAKI, Satsuko "Sally" (nee Mitsubata) - Passed away peacefully on November 14, 2022, at the age of 90, at North York General Hospital in Toronto.
Beloved wife to the late Roy Sasaki. Loving mother of Gail (In Kim), the late Lisa Miyumi (Ivor Picou) and Burke (Kim). Dear grandmother to Chanda, Shara, Kyrene, Keegan, Nayo, Kioni, Shaylene, Jaeden and Taven.
Dear sister to Yuri Yamamoto and her late husband, Bob; and her sisters-in-law, Jean and her late husband, Donald Mitsubata, and Hilda and her late husband, Ted Mitsubata.
In Japan, dear sister to Kiyoko.
She was predeceased by her brother, Shohachi; and her sister, Hatsue. She will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews, many relatives and friends.
Family and friends will be received at the Glendale Funeral Home, 1810 Albion Road, Etobicoke, ON, M9W 5T1. Visitations on November 22, 2022, 4:00-8:00 p.m., and November 23, 2022, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
