FRANCESCHINI, Jeffrey Paul - April 14, 1982 - November 20, 2022
On November 20, 2022, at the young age of 40, our beloved Jeffie passed away peacefully, with his family holding his hands and by his side.
Over his short lifetime, Jeff touched the lives of so many people and will forever be remembered as our lovable, sweet and innocent soul, who inspired us to be better individuals through compassion, patience and understanding.
Life was not easy for him, as he was born with DiGeorge Syndrome, a genetic disorder where a small portion of the 22nd chromosome is missing.
This deletion resulted in his lifelong struggles, both physically and mentally. He continually fought to overcome these battles of health that were beyond what any one person should bear. With his passing we can take comfort in knowing that he is no longer in pain and his soul is at peace.
Forever known as our Jeffie, he is survived by his parents, Paul Franceschini and Shirley (Roger) Maloney; his sisters, Krista (Jeff), and Sonya (Eric); and his uncle role, which he was so very proud of, to Nate, Lucas and Sienna.
The family would like to thank all those in Jeffrey's life who provided him with love and a sense of belonging.
All of his aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, caretakers and more recently the staff at Sheridan Villa, whose care and compassion for both Jeffrey and his family, will always be remembered.
Jeffrey's Remembrance Service will be held at Glen Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON), on Sunday, December 4, 2022. Visitation at 10 a.m. followed by an 11 a.m. Service. We ask that you bring written, shared memories and photos of our boy Jeff, so we can save them in a keepsake book.
