FONG, Chien Ping - Chien Ping Fong, aged 93, passed away suddenly at his home in Mississauga, on January 10, 2023.
He was born on September 11, 1929, and was the eldest son of the late Han Cheng Fong and Chien Sung Lin.
Chien is survived by his devoted wife of 53 years, Shinobu (née Asada) of Mississauga; his son Alexandre (Theresa) and his granddaughter, Isabella, of Orlando, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Chen and his brother Kong.
Chien will be laid to rest at St. John's Norway Cemetery at 256 Kingston Road in Toronto on February 8, 2023 at 2 p.m.
