Sheila Elaine Rowe (née White), of Port Credit, born in Bastard & Burgess Townships in Ontario, has peacefully completed her life’s journey with Grace at home on Monday March 24th, 2025, following a difficult and courageous battle with cancer. Surrounded by the love of her family, and with the comfort and strength of her faith, her Soul went Home, where she will join the love of her life of 61 years, Don Rowe. Together once again, she will watch over us back on earth and wait for the day when we will meet again.
Sheila will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Dawn (Vic Sgro), son Stephen (Jackie King), grandchildren Sawyer and Emily and their mother Rhea (née Hughes), her chosen son Albert Marrache (Maria) and her sister Arlene (Kevin Forret), brother Ed White, and sister Barb Paul and her many special nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who she loved dearly.
Sheila always had a “can do” attitude and had the ability to turn strangers into friends through a warm and twinkling smile and easy and caring conversation. Starting at a very young age, she led a life of devoted service to her family, her Church and faith and all her extended family and friends. She was a woman of strength and character and was always there to help others in whatever way she could and always with a warm smile on her face. She truly made a difference in this world during her lifetime, and she will be remembered with love and fondness by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed here on earth but may her star shine brightly in the Heavens above.
