It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kathryn “Kay” Agnes Parkin on May 1, 2025, at the age of 88. Kay was a beloved family member, friend, and cherished member of the community. Her kindness, warm spirit, and thoughtful nature touched the lives of many.

Visitation will be held at McEachnie Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and again from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will take place in the McEachnie Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Duffin Meadows Cemetery from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM.

Kay will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her enduring friendships, and her grace. She leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
