BROWN, Patricia Brown

BROWN, Patricia  –  It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Pat on April 7, 2024.

Patricia Agnes Louisa Brown was born on October 16, 1932 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to the late George and Nora Brown (Dowse).

Pat’s early years were spent in Dublin, Ireland, returning with her family to Canada in 1943. After graduating from St. Joseph’s School of Nursing in 1956, Pat lived and practiced nursing in many places including Bermuda, Vancouver and California, but always called Toronto home.

Auntie Pat will be missed by her many nephews and nieces, her sisters-in-law Judy and Geri Brown and brother-in-law Jack Ward but most of all by her brothers George and Frank and sister Wendy Ward. At the age of 91, Pat never lost her enthusiasm for life.

Always busy with family and friends, driving to her many activities, volunteering at the food bank and keeping her home available for anyone to drop by.

After the sadness of her passing fades, we will have such good memories of a loving, cheerful, wonderful person.

Be careful Pat, and sweet dreams.
