CROSTA, Philip – (1982 – 2018) – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our dear Philip, on October 31, 2018 in Stoney Creek.
Predeceased by his wife and best friend, Amanda, he was a doting father to his two children Daniel and Ava.
He was the eldest son of Lino and Suzanne Crosta, and brother of Daniel and his spouse Danielle Crosta.
Beloved grandson to Claire Larocque and the late Marius Larocque and to the late Sebastiano and Angela Crosta, he will be sadly missed by his uncles and aunts: Angelo and Maria Crosta, Hélène and Richard Engel, Jacques and Chantale Larocque, Guylaine and late Keven Nikkel.
Philip leaves behind many great uncles and aunts, cousins, extended family and friends who will miss his storytelling and sense of humour.
An active member of Local 95 (Heat and Frost Insulators), and a fitness aficionado, he took pleasure in laughter and good times with family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 1010 Botanical Drive, Burlington on Sunday, November 4th from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday November 5th at 11 am followed by entombment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Burlington.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Hamilton General Hospital Foundation (CCU, CIU, or ICU) would be appreciated.
