GEORGE, Robert (Bud) Phillip  -  Peacefully, on October 7, 2018, at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital, Bud passed away. He is survived by his wife Patricia (nee McLachlan) of 66 years, his children Lesley (Peter), Elizabeth (Tom), Tom (Lynn) and Mary (Mark).

He will be missed by his grandchildren, Meghan (Josh), Jeffrey (Justin), Alex (Kelly), Phillip, Hunter, Sloane, Hannah, Emma, Danny (Adrienne) and his great-grandchildren Keira and Mia.

He was predeceased by his mother Eileen (Boyle) and father William Thomas, his brothers Ted and Bill.

Bud worked for Baker Gurney and McLaren Press for more than 40 years.

He was a wonderful father, a supportive grandfather and wonderful great-grandfather.

He enjoyed the company of a good dog, a great book and a good ball game on the radio.

A memorial mass will be held on October 19, 2018 at 11 a.m. at St. Ignatius Loyola Church, 2300 Burnhamthorpe Road West, Mississauga. Visitation will precede the service at 10 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Doctors Without Borders, P.O. Box 1269, Station K, Toronto, ON M4P 9Z9.
