PRITTY, Ronald Ian - It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the peaceful passing of Ron (aka Chum) of Trenton, Ontario at Belleville General Hospital on December 17, 2020 in his 77th year. 

He is survived by his son Christopher Ian Pritty of Woodstock, and siblings John (the late Karin) Pritty of Niagara Falls, Bonnie Cleary Pritty of Crystal Beach, Lynda Stahl of Fonthill, Clyde (Lynn) Pritty of St. Catharines, Melody (the late Bob) Paige of Oshawa, Kimberley Pritty of Belleville and Paul Pritty of Simcoe. 

Will be missed by many loved nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. 

A throat-cancer survivor, Ron’s family wishes to thank Dr. Jason Franklin of Kingston General Hospital, and Speech Language Pathologist Gary Graves for their patience and understanding. 

Special thanks to the Stroke Unit, ICU and Quinte 4 staff of the Belleville General Hospital for their care and compassion during Ron’s brief stay. 

Cremation. A memorial service will be held in the Spring of 2021.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army in his memory.
