KOZIK, Sandra Cecelia - Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre on December 11th, 2020 in her 62nd year.
Loving wife of Mark Kozik for 29 years.
Beloved mother of Nickolas, Steven, and Chantelle. Sister of Michael (Brenda), Pam (Jim McCue), Ralph (Regina), and Kerri (Shelton). Daughter of Geraldine and the late Ralph Eggen.
Arrangements entrusted with Roadhouse and Rose funeral home, Newmarket.
Sandra’s remains will be laid to rest in Crown Point, Indiana, where her mother and siblings reside.
