CHAPMAN, Sheila Anne - 1927 - 2020 It is with great sadness that the family of Sheila Anne Chapman (nee Singleton) announce her passing on December 19, 2020 in her 93rd year.
She will be sorely missed by her son Steve, his wife Cindy and her grandchildren Megan and Paige plus family and friends too numerous to mention.
She was born in Kingston, Ontario to Thomas and Mary Alice Singleton and was the younger sister of the late Rose Weber.
She married her husband James (Jim) in 1951 and spent 47 wonderful years together until his passing at age 69.
After living in their home in Willowdale North York for 51 years she moved to the Richmond Hill Retirement Residence where she spent 6 plus fun filled years singing, dancing, falling in love and participating in every social and artistic event possible.
She was a glamourous ray of light who lit up every room she walked into, making everyone she came in contact with feel brighter for having been with her. "There was nothing more fun than celebrating with Sheila."
Our family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Hill House for making her last days of life so comfortable.
