Denis Richard Tessier

December 17, 1945 - November 29, 2024

Of Rockland, Ontario, Denis Richard Tessier passed away peacefully on Friday, November 29, 2024, at the age of 78. Denis was the beloved spouse of Monique Charest and the son of the late Ubald Tessier and the late Sophrana Boudreault.

He is survived by his children Stéphane (Tammy) and Daniel (Chantal), and stepchildren Jody (Edith), Greg (Natacha), Garry (Annie), and Richard (Mercy). Denis was a proud grandfather to eleven grandchildren, including Christopher, Natalie, Jeremy, Tatiana, Shawn, Ashley, Cynthia, Jamie, Shane, Sarah, and Kalan, as well as a loving great-grandfather to Reece, Mia-Bella, Skylyn, and Camilla.

Denis will be deeply missed by his extended family, including nephews, nieces, cousins, and many friends. He was predeceased by his brother Rolland and sisters Helen Desjardins, Lucille Mullins, and Lorraine Crête.

As per his wishes, the funeral will be held privately with family. Donations in Denis’s memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
