Having led a full life, David is survived by his three children, Ryan, Laurel and Meredith, who were his great joy in life and for whom he was so proud of the adult persons they have become.
He loved them dearly. He also leaves behind his beautiful grandchildren, Finnley, Ella, Duke, Finn, Bo and Callen, who he considered a great treasure and source of joy.

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Myrna Gropp, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, at the age of 92, at Margaret Bahen Hospice, Newmarket, on April 7, 2024.
Born in Huntsville, Ontario, the youngest daughter of the late Winnifred Dales and Jerry Markle, she was predeceased by her siblings, Jeanne, Charles and Grant.

BOYD, Bryan Norman - On Sunday, April 7, 2024 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Norman passed away peacefully in his 99th year.
He is survived by his wife, Suzanne, of 66 years; three sons, Robert, William and Bryan, four granddaughters, Ann-Marie, Daniella (David Banks), Kaitlin and Nicole; great-grandson, George Banks.
A veteran of WW2, Norman served in the RCAF. Norman's career after WW2 began at Hydro, and later teaching High School Mathematics and Computer Science.

MAROSFALVY, Laszlo - Passed away peacefully, in the Lord on April 7, 2024, in his 92nd year and in the 72rd year of his Jesuit life.
He was ordained in 1956 in Hungary.
After the Revolution, he escaped and immigrated to Canada. From 1962-79, he was teaching mathematics at the St. Paul's High School, Winnipeg.
Then he went to Toronto and participated in computer programming in the administration of the Jesuit Province.

CHAPUT, Shawn - It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Shawn Chaput at the age of 68.
Shawn died on March 6, 2024 with family at his side.
He is survived by his loving wife of forty-six years, Patricia Paffrath, his devoted children, Jake (Lisa Young), Shanna (Sean Baker) and cherished grandchildren Oliver and Stella.
He also leaves his brother Robert with a heavy heart.

The youngest of four children, she was born in 1925 to Timofij and Efrosinia (Farion) Perij in the village of Ridkiw, Volyn Oblast, Ukraine.
She leaves in deep sorrow her daughters, Helen and Lilia; family in Ukraine; as well as many friends.

GELEFF, Adriana Diane Geleff - Aged 57, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, following a courageous battle with metastatic breast cancer.
She was born in São Paulo, Brazil, on July 31, 1966.
In 1968, when she was two years old, she moved to Toronto with her parents, Maria and Alfonso Conocchioli.
She took nursing and mental health courses at Humber College, George Brown College and the University of Toronto, before becoming a registered nurse in psychiatry.

DIGNAN, Anita Marie (nee Shea) Dignan - Became spirit at 81 years of age after being an absolute warrior in the face of COPD.
Her swift passage has left an aching hole in our hearts. She is predeceased by parents (Neil and Marie Shea) and infant brother John Richard.
Anita was a devoted sister to Paula (Goldwyn Chan), the love and life partner of Paul for almost 60 years, and the world's biggest cheerleader of her three kids, Seán, Christopher, and Cara.

She was predeceased by her parents, Charles Lawrence Grozelle and Mary Frances (née Brady) Grozelle-McColl; her stepfather, Malcolm McColl; her sister, Mary (Harvey); and her brother, Robert.
She is survived by her sister, Catherine (Van den Hoogen), and her brother, Larry.

STEPHENS, Diana Stephens - Born in 1945, passed away on April 1, 2024.
Her life journey took her from Montreal to Toronto, and finally to Victoria, embracing each location's unique beauty and opportunities.
Diana found joy in art, sculpting with marble, alabaster and bronze, and painting seascapes, often incorporating elements found during her beachcombing adventures.
Despite a late start, she pursued elder care education in the 1990s, founding Gentlewoman Services, showcasing her caring and entrepreneurial spirit.
