The wonderful Son of the late Emmeline and William Lumsden. The Dearest Brother of William and Sandra. The much-Loved Uncle of Joshua, Jonathan, Esther/Rob and Sarah. The Great Uncle to Hailey, Rory and Wyatt. Cherished Nephew, Cousin and Friend to many.
David was a highly respected scholar, educator, teacher and mentor.

STITT, Linda - Poet and long running Song & Poetry Salon host Linda Stitt passed away on May 27, 2020 at the age of 88. She was beloved by a large community of singers and writers.
Linda was born in Huntsville, Ontario March 6, 1932 and was educated in Georgetown and Toronto. She lived for many years in Thunder Bay, returning to Toronto in 1978, working at a series of odd jobs until “forced” by friends to come out of the closet with her poetry in 1982.

McKINNON, Richard Douglas and Lucinda Lynn Lawler - (August 12, 1939 - May 26, 2020) (March 8, 1956 - May 26, 2020)
Richard and Lucinda met in 1984 and fell in love.
They married in August, 1992, and shared many happy years together. Lucinda was mathematically inclined, a creative and talented artist who worked as an actuarial analyst.
Richard was an automotive entrepreneur and avid classic car collector, who will be well remembered for his extraordinary generosity.
Lucinda died mere hours before Richard, both of natural causes.

McARTHUR, Judith Anne 'Judy' (nee Clinkunbroomer) - Judy passed away peacefully at home on May 26, 2020 at the age of 84.
Loving mother of Donna McArthur (Doug) and Ian McArthur. Cherished grandmother to Devon (Mike), Lee (Amanda), Emma (Mark) and Conor. Great grandmother to Harvey and Adelaide.
Judy grew up on the ice. She was a triple gold figure skater and one of the youngest professional Canadian skaters at the age of 14.

PATERSON-SMYTH, Margaret Isabel (Brazill Sinyard) - Died on May 26, 2020 at the age of 86.
Isabel was born in Kingston Ontario in 1934. Her family moved to Toronto in 1948. She graduated from Havergal College in 1952 and in September 1955, she graduated from Toronto General Hospital School of Nursing.
Isabel married the Late Reverend Doctor Boyd Sinyard, who was a graduate student at the General Theological Seminary in New York City. Isabel worked in the operating room at St. Lukes’ Episcopal Hospital.

SILVER, Shirley - Our wonderful mother died peacefully on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. at Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital, expertly taken care of by a dedicated and compassionate team of doctors and nurses.
We are so lucky to have had a Mom who lived 93 incredible years. Born in Toronto in 1927 to the late Rose and Hyman Freedman, Shirley attended Harbord Collegiate Institute and Northwestern University in Chicago.
After marrying the late Harry "Hush" Silver, the couple moved to Peterborough, Ontario to start their family and run their family retail business.
