Yalung CenonYALUNG, Cenon - On Sunday, September 12, 2021, our beloved father Cenon Yalung passed away at the age of 84 in Sunnybrook General Hospital after a long fight with kidney disease.

Cenon married the beautiful Corazon "Cora" Yalung in 1963 and spent 58 blessed years with his caring wife.

Father of Elmer, Erwin, Emily, and Elsie.

Elmer, married to Maribel, Erwin married to Julie, Emily married to Dave, they gave Cenon five adorable grandchildren; Enrique, Ervin, Eloisa, Angelica, and Amber.

Darmody JosephDARMODY, Joseph Patrick   -  With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Joseph Patrick Darmody at home on Sunday, September 12, 2021.

Much loved brother to Mary, Michael, Patrick (Sue), Anne (Ed), Dianne (Steve), Theresa, Susan (Tim), Catherine (Denis, deceased) and John (Carrie), and uncle (and great-uncle!) to 18 nieces and nephews, and 6 grandnieces and grandnephews.

Joseph's wit, humour, big heart and generous spirit will be sorely missed.

Predeceased by parents Michael and Helen Darmody.

Born in Toronto, Joe spent many years in the Wiarton community where he formed many meaningful and treasured relationships. He will be sadly missed by the many wonderful people he met there.

Unsworth GrantUNSWORTH, Grant Nelson   -  With sorrow in our hearts we announce the sudden passing of Grant Unsworth on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at the age of 91 years.

Grant will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Laurene of 66 years.

She passed peacefully with her family around her, under the wonderfully supportive care at Ian Anderson House hospice.

George left us suddenly at his home in Vancouver, on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at 57 years old.

He was born in Montreal on December 25, 1963 and moved to Vancouver in 1989.

He will be dearly missed by his wife Janice Stevens, son Alexandros and daughter Olivia, mother and father Mina and John Drimaropoulos, brother Deno (Connie Iacono) and niece Christina as well as extended family, friends, and colleagues.

George will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.

Bodri SteveBODRI, Steve   - Passed away peacefully, at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, on Sunday, September 12, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.

Steve will be greatly missed by his beloved wife Elisabeth, of 60 years; his children Gabrielle Bodri, Susanne Shirriff (Dave), Stephen Bodri (Trisha), and Lisa Kurina (David).

James passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at the age of 85.

Beloved husband of Jessie Smillie for 64 years.

Survived by his son Jim (Debbie) and granddaughter Charmain (Ray).

Smith Robert ThomasSMITH, Robert Thomas William  -  "Bobby" "Smitty" "Dad" "Uncle Buck" Whatever nickname you had for Robert "Bob" Smith, you could not forget him.

And that unmistakable feeling of knowing Bob will continue to be the case, as we celebrate his memory following his passing on September 12, 2021.

As a talented young hockey player in Toronto, Bob was awarded a full scholarship to the University of New Hampshire in 1969.

Bob's standout goaltending in 1972 won him the Roger A. Leclerc Trophy, which is presented annually to the UNH hockey team's MVP as voted by teammates.

Ward DorisWARD, Doris Louise   -  Doris succumbed to cancer on September 12, 2021, at the end of a long, interesting and productive life.

She was born on March 19, 1926, in Stuartburn, Manitoba, the second of three daughters born to Anna and Nykyfor Masyk.

She spent her childhood on the farm.

Lived and worked in several places in Manitoba and Ontario before settling in Scarborough in 1958, where she lived for the remainder of her life and where she made many wonderful friends.

She was a businesswoman and a world traveller, as well as being very active in federal and provincial politics for many decades.

Comelli BradCOMELLI, Bradley Francis - (February 15, 1971 – September 11, 2021)

It is with great sadness that the family of Bradley Francis Comelli shares the news that on September 11, 2021 Brad went home to be with God.

Brad is the adoring father of Ryan Warren Comelli, and loving son of his devoted mother Loretta Comelli. He is survived by his loving sister and brothers, Angela (Glen), Robert (Monika) and Sheldon, and his niece Kassie and nephews Zach, Spencer and Max and his many aunts and uncles and cousins.

Brad was predeceased by his father Francis James Comelli.

Brown WayneBROWN, Wayne - Surrounded by family, Wayne Brown "Pops" peacefully earned his rest on September 11th, 2021 at the age of 67.

He is survived by his long time partner, Clarice Dwyer (Claribelle).

He leaves behind his children Jennifer & Jeremy Brown, Richard, Darlene, Pamela, & the late Robbie Dwyer.

Predeceased by her husband Roy and her many brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her sister Ferne Simms (Gordon), Bryce (Monica), Edward Penney and many nieces and nephews.

Vossinakis JohnVOSSINAKIS, Gabriel 'John' - Gabriel John Vossinakis passed away on September 11th, 2021.

John is survived by his wife of 56 years Eugenia, his children Kathy and James, their families Chris, Rena, Justin, Tyler and his pride and joy Nicholas his grandson. He was one of six siblings and is survived by his brother George and sister Vasa.

He now joins his predeceased mother Stafilia, his father Nestor and his sister Katina, Sofia and Maria.

Wilson HarrietWILSON, Harriet Arlene - Our beloved Harriet Arlene Wilson passed away at the age of 87 years in the early hours of Saturday September 11, 2021. At that time, she went peacefully in her own home surrounded by her those who loved her by her side.

There was a long battle with cancer and she was grateful for the excellent care provided by Dr. Hamrahi at Dorothy Ley Hospice and her entire palliative team including Saint Elizabeth's nurses especially Lindsay and her PSW Angel team Bibi "Magic", Joan, Michelle, Halima and Diane.

She was thankful for the palliative surgery that she had by surgeon Dr. Starr from Humber River Hospital that gave her this extra time.

Ferrante DomenicoFERRANTE, Domenico - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Domenico Ferrante. He passed away on September 11, 2021 at Mackenzie Health Hospital at the age of 72.

Beloved husband to Lina Ferrante of 51 years. Dear father to Cristina Maria Ferrante-Gobeo (Dean Gobeo), Nicola Ferrante (Rina), and Tony Ferrante (Carla). Cherished Nonno to Sarah Rose, Jesse Domenic & Sofia Angelina.

Domenico fought a hard battle, but God knew he was suffering and called him home. He will be dearly missed by many nieces & nephews.

Watts FrankWATTS, Frank - (October 14, 1939 - September 11, 2020) -

Frank was born in Stockport, Cheshire, UK to parents Edna & Charles Watts and had two older sisters Barbara and Amy, now deceased.

He graduated from Stockport School County Grammar and joined Marconi Company in 1957, moving to Canada in 1963 with Canadian Marconi. He worked for four years as a technician on the North American early warning radar system in Northern Labrador and later on Resolution Island / Frobisher Bay. He moved to Montreal in 1967 and joined the UK Prudential Co., subsequently relocating to Toronto in 1979 working as a director with JJ Barnicke Ltd. and retiring in 2006.

He met his future lifelong partner Marcel Vaillancourt in 1972 and they were married in 2013.

Smiciklas NedaSMICIKLAS, Nedeljka 'Neda' - Peacefully at her home in Keswick on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at the age of  81 years.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Nick Smiciklas (2009).

Loving mother of Cathy Busch (Jim Busch), Bonnie Smiciklas and Rick Smiciklas.

Cherished grandmother of Carly, Joey, Tyler, and Savannah.

Cowan BrianCOWEN, Brian Henry - Surrounded by the love of his family, Brian (July 26, 1941 — September 11, 2021) passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Brian was a cherished husband, father and friend to so many in the Richmond Hill community.

He was often a man of few words but his kindness was deafening. He had a quiet dignity about him and valued kindness, hard work and family.

He also appreciated the simple things, jelly beans, butter tarts and playing along with jeopardy.

NEIL, Anthony  - It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Anthony Neil, on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at the age of 88.

Kay had celebrated her 100th birthday celebration, and was three days shy of her 101st birthday.

Kay lived a long and happy life, marrying Andrew Petrie Beattie on December 21, 1943.

She is survived by daughter Heather (husband Ken), and sons Graham (wife Elsa) and Allan (wife Janice).

Unfortunately, husband Andy, son George (wife Lynda), and brother Kenneth Carter had passed previously.
