JACK, Catherine "Cathy" Kiyomi (nee NISHIHAMA) - Cathy passed away peacefully and gracefully on September 4, 2018.
She was the loved daughter of Yaeko Nishihama and the dear sister of Muriel and Wayne, wife of Douglas Jack, special mother to Dionne Rooney (Sean) and Corrine Bender (David), loving grandmother to Jessica-Lee and Desiree Bender and Ethan Rooney and true friend to Jackie Wallace.
According to Cathy's wishes, a private family service has taken place.
