DURANTE, Franca - With sadness, we announce the passing of Franca on October 30, 2018 at Humber Hospital at the age of 92.
Predeceased by her husband Danny, she leaves behind her beloved sons Domenic (Pat) and Tony (Anne).
Proud nonna of Danny (Silvia), Lisa (Frank), Robert, Daniela (David), Anthony (Brittany), Matthew and Paul, and great-grandmother to Madelyn, Alexandra, Isabella, Justin, Adam, Elia, Christian, Olivia and Sofia.
Franca will be missed by her sister, Maria (Mario Provenzano), and her many nieces and nephews and their families.
Visitations will be at Bernardo Funeral Home, Toronto on Friday from 2-4, 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Charles Borromeo Church, 811 Lawrence Ave. W., at Dufferin St. on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Entombment will follow.
In memory of Franca, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
