INGRAM, James (Jamie) E., CA  - It is with great sadness that the Ingram family announces the unexpected passing of our beloved Jamie. While on vacation in Portugal, Jamie passed peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, September 30, 2018.

He leaves many loved ones behind including his wife of 32 years Christine and his three children Spencer, Samantha and Kimberly.

Fondly remembered by his brothers, Robert (Barb), John (Cathy) and Doug.

Cherished uncle to Paul, Jennifer, Terri, Cole, Nicholas, Taylor and Keith. Sadly missed by his mother and father-in-law Myron and Lenora Cook, brother-in-law to Terry (Sue). Jamie was the beloved son of the late Paul and Evelyn Ingram.

The Ingram house on Nora Road provided many happy times spent with family and friends. Many childhood activities sparked Jamie's passion for athletics. Whether he was a participant, coach or fan, he enjoyed it all. Jamie was a practising Chartered Accountant for almost forty years.

Jamie will be fondly remembered for his love of life and family, his genuine kindness, his wonderful sense of humour, passion for sports, love of animals and working on his "projects".

Forever in our hearts. Jamie lived a colourful life which was reflected in his choice of bright and cheerful clothing. In honour of his life, we would like to encourage everyone to wear bright colours as we remember him.

A memorial gathering will be held at 11 a.m. on November 17, 2018 at Central United Church (131 Main Street, Unionville) followed by a Celebration of Life at York Downs Golf and Country Club at noon (4134-16th Avenue, Unionville).

As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Markham Stouffville Hospital or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by his family.
