WRIGHT, Freda Evangeline (nee LAWRENCE)  - Peacefully, surrounded by family, on Saturday, November 3, 2018 in her 92nd year.

Freda is survived by her three children Deanna, Darryl (Diana Skeates) and Karen Lander (Rob Tuckerman). Beloved grandmother of Samantha Heckman, Drew Lander and Kendal Lander, great-grandmother of Cameron and Evelyn Heckman.

She will be deeply missed by her sister, Evelyn McElhanney and many nieces and nephews and extended family. Predeceased by her loving husband, Albion Wright, brother Arthur Lawrence and sister Hazel Andrew.

A home economics teacher in Alberta and later Ontario, Freda was diversely creative and detailed in all of her life's work, and took such pride and delight in her family.

The family would like to express their appreciation to Dr. Palumbo, and to the doctors, nurses and staff at Credit Valley Hospital for their compassionate care.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at St. Stephen's on-the-Hill United Church, 998 Indian Rd., Mississauga on Saturday, December 8th at 2 p.m. with a reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Credit Valley Hospital or The United Church of Canada would be appreciated.
